Dental implants are the strongest and most effective way to replace teeth. The first step we take is to find out if you're a good candidate for dental implants. What a dental implant requires is a good foundation, so good bone quality and gum health. Depending on those variables, we will determine how long that process will take.
We've seen dental implants take anywhere from as short as three months to a full year. The reason it takes a long time is because we want to make sure the implant integrates to the bone so that we get a nice, stable implant so that you can have all the same form and function that you had with your natural tooth structure.
It's a journey, but it's well worth the wait. To book an appointment, you can give us a call, or check out our website at ruthbaileydds.com.
