The best thing about being a dentist is that we get to see the smiles on people's faces when we complete their treatment. I love getting feedback from my patients and positive reinforcement. We love the reviews our patients leave for us, and it's just a joy to be able to be a dentist and get that kind of feedback.
I'm originally from Bristol, Tennessee. One of my summer jobs was working for my orthodontist, and I loved the whole experience. He straightened my teeth and made such a difference in my smile. And when I was able to work with him, I just loved the whole experience of being a dentist and engaging with patients and decided at that point that I wanted to go to dental school. When I got to dental school, I loved the restorative part of dentistry. I decided I would go into general dentistry and have specialized since then in many different techniques involving orthodontics and restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
When my patients visit my office, I want them to feel the sincerity that we have here to take care of them on a personal level. I love getting to know them, getting to learn about their families, their hobbies, their lives and being able to change their lives through changing their smiles.
